The podcast

Established in 2024, The COOP Review is podcast for business leaders like you who need to overcome disruptions in your operations.

The host

Welcome to my podcast The COOP Review! I’m Ayesha. COOP is short for continuity of operations plan as I am certified continuity professional. As a North Carolina-based entrepreneur, author, and business speaker I look forward to connecting with audiences all around.

Business owner

For as long as I can remember, I have studied business as young entrepreneur.

Growing up, I used to tag along with my mom who explored business opportunities. I also learned from my dad who committed his time, talent, and efforts for 30 years at one employer. I always connected to others who show passion for their trade or business, and I knew I wanted to enjoy the process. I started early attempting product ideas, until I was old enough to sell creative products at my local flea market.

I graduated with an art degree from the University of North Carolina after transferring from North Carolina A&T State University. Though my freshman yearwas very productive, I set out to become an architectural engineer for all the wrong reasons. Eventually, I found my place in S.T.E.A.M. and earned an AAS in Networking Technology during the 50th year anniversary at Pitt Community College. My expertise includes a 15-year landscape crossing various industries with technology.

Since that time, I have explored different business models; establishing my voice as a woman, thought leader, writer, poet and speaker has been the most important investment. Your voice helps you attract your people and create a space in this world where you belong.

Speaking on the mic is not new to me. I started before the early 2000's. Curating and promoting a weekly poetry reading in my college town has given me a foundation. Toastmasters International has been another organization for honing in my speech delivery. I'm currently apart of a larger community of podcasters. Follow to see what's next to come.
